These terms govern your use of the Property Valuations Wollongong website and your purchase of valuation reports and assessments.
Property Valuations Wollongong arranges the preparation of property valuation reports by registered valuers, and produces Automated Market Assessments. Signed reports are prepared and certified by the individual valuer named on the report; Automated Market Assessments are unsigned estimates for personal use only.
Prices are fixed and displayed before payment, inclusive of GST. Payment is taken at checkout and work begins once payment clears. Where an inspection price varies with complexity or location, the final price is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
A signed report may be relied on for the stated purpose it was prepared for (e.g. SMSF reporting, CGT, stamp duty). An Automated Market Assessment must not be presented to the ATO, an auditor, a court or a revenue office, and carries a notice to that effect.
You warrant that the property details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to request a valuation of the property. Errors in supplied information may require a revised report at an additional fixed fee.
Orders cancelled before a valuer begins work are refunded in full. Once work has begun, refunds are at our discretion, except where we cannot complete the report, in which case you are refunded in full.
Liability in connection with a report sits with the certifying valuer to the extent stated in the report, and with Property Valuations Wollongong for the operation of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
